Pricing is per adult unless otherwise noted. Youngsters 12 and under are half price. There is no charge for children under five. All equipment, servers, and clean up are included in the price.

The cooking of the pig is started at our facility and finished on site. There is a grill and a carving table. The front and back sections are divided. The head section faces your guests while the rear section is broken down and carved. The front half provides “show” and camera opportunities for your guests. After the rear section is carved we then begin to work on the front section. Pork is served two ways; carved right off the bone and in a BBQ sauce. The pork is placed directly onto your guests’ plates or into rolls for sandwiches.
