Stations

Stations add visual drama to your event. They provide Chef activity as well as fresh food for your guests. Tiffany’s Catering capable chefs prepare dishes to order and entertain guests as food is made before their eyes. It enables guests to make their own selections and creates mingling and guest interaction. You can diversify menus by offering greater selection. Each station requires an attendant. A “Station Only” menu is based on a 3 station minimum; however, individual stations can be combined with a Hot Buffet.

Italian Station 1:        $7 per Adult

This station features a professionally trained chef making pasta to order for you and your guests. Comes with all of the following items:

Caesar Salad
Selections of Pasta: Penne, Rainbow Bow Tie and Cheese Tortellini
Selections of Sauces: Tomato Basil Marinara, Alfredo and Pesto
Selections of Veggies: Sautéed Mushrooms, Peppers, and Steamed Broccoli
Garlic and Fresh Baked Italian Bread with Butter

Meatballs and Sausage in Red Sauce Pizza
Manicotti Stuffed Shells

Italian Station 2:     Choose three   $10 per Adult

Enjoy the fresh taste of our Italian Stations. We use only the finest ingredients and specialty pastas. Each is served with freshly grated parmesan cheese and peppermill.

This Station comes with:

Caesar Salad, Garlic and Fresh Baked Italian Bread and Butter
Striped Black and White Bow Tie Pasta with Marinara, Grilled Chicken, Basil and Cubed Zucchini
Linguini with White Clam Sauce, Minced Clams, Vine Ripe Tomatoes and Chopped Chives

Salad Station 1:      $6 per Adult

Consists of a free standing 18 item Iced Salad Bar. In the center would be a bowl of fresh mixed greens. Bowls of hand made Fruit Salad and Vegetable Pasta Salad sit opposite the Greens. Surrounding these would be a vast array of seasonal vegetables, dressings and other assorted toppings to complete the perfect salad for your guests.

Salad Station 2:     $8 per Adult

Caesar Salad
Crisp leaves of romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, freshly grated parmesan and crusty croutons tossed before your guests with a selection of sundried tomatoes, grilled chicken strips and garlicky rock shrimp.

Chef’s Salad
California greens, marinated vegetables, grape tomatoes, a variety of julienne cheeses, smoked meats, chopped eggs, homemade croutons, olives, cucumber and more. Served with a selection of dressings.

Health Salad
Organic field greens, asparagus, cucumber, pear tomatoes, sweet orange peppers and sunflower spouts. Served with port wine vinaigrette and orange poppy seed dressing.

Vegetable, Fruit and Cheese
Artistically presented among a bounty of vegetables, whole fruit and freshly baked breads are vegetable crudite, exotic fruits, seasonal berries and an expanded offering of imported cheeses. Includes French baguettes, water crackers, flavorful dips and spreads.

Antipasto – Available at an additional $3 per person
Smoked mozzarella, fontina, prosciutto, cappicola, Abriuzzi sausage and Genoa salami. Rounding out the display are marinated grilled vegetables, artichoke hearts, Tuscan white beans, crusty semolina and Italian breads and extra virgin olive oil infused with garlic and basil.

This station can be done in two ways. The first is having one of our chefs making fresh sandwich’s to order for your guests or second is to let the station be a make your own with all the breads, meats and condiments arranged beautifully to create a delicious meal.
