Tiffany's Catering is well-known for pig roasts. We have many options available from a small suckling pig to an all-out feast for the most serious pork eaters. Look at our options below and see how we can make your pig roast a success!
The cooking of the pig is started at our facility and finished on site. There is a grill and a carving table. The front and back sections are divided. The head section faces your guests while the rear section is broken down and carved. The front half provides "show" and camera opportunities for your guests. After the rear section is carved we then begin to work on the front section. Pork is served two ways; carved right off the bone and in a BBQ sauce. The pork is placed directly onto your guests' plates or into rolls for sandwiches.
